We love sharing our love of flowers, and the best way to do that is through our floral design workshops. Some workshops are broad overviews, others are more specific, and we even have series that give you groups of skills over a period of weeks

When Lou came up with the concept of Twig, he decided that it would first and foremost be known for its quality of flowers. And he has stayed true to that ideal. Lou's designs have recieved acclaim from many publications, interiors designers, architects and most importantly, other floral design professionals. His passion for flowers is evident each day
Lou is the founder of Twig
Rob has always been interested in the visual arts. Drawing and building models were an important part of his younger years, leading him to pursue a degree in architectural design from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Rob now applies his creative touch to the individual arrangements that he creates on a daily basis, and the large and small events he designs for his clients.
Rob is the Managing Partner of Twig and oversees the entire Boston area operation

If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of our locatl area, Twig works with premium florists who are members of the BBrooks floral network. Although the exact arrangements are not typically available through the network florist, Twig can guarantee the same quality will be delivered to the recipient.

This holdiay, give the gift of knowledge, our 10 week masterclass for the the aspiring floral designer. We teach everything from the names and care of cut flowers, to planning your arrangements to how to create wedding bouquets and corsages. This is the chance for you to experience a full range of floristry. We give you the knowledge, the tools and a $100 floral gift certificate which can be used towards cuts flowers after the class is finished. Our Introduction and Overview class is designed to give you the most information in one three hour session. We'll start off by introducing you to the world of cut flowers, talking about where they come from and how they get here. Then, we'll explain the process of preparing and storing flowers. After that, we'll demonstrate how different styles of arrangements are constructed and even give you some history of flower arrangements and their uses. Finally, you'll get a chance to make an arrangement for yourself. When we're finished, you'll take home your creation, as well as a $25.00 coupon good towards a future purchase of cut flowers with a minimum value of $50.00.

Our Multiple Style Series are designed to give you the skills to create five types of arrangement. We start with the basic of flower handling and care, and then in each class, we prepare different versions of a single style of arrangement. Then you'll have the opportunity to create your version of the arrangement that your instructor has just shown you. We supply all the materials, and at the end of each workshop, you'll take your creation home with you to impress your family and friends.
Each series is for five consecutive weeks on the same day each week. If you miss a week, don't worry! We'll let you know when that class is being offered in a different series .
The cost for each series is $375.00 and includes a 50% discount card good for your fresh flower purchases at Twig for 30 days after the completion of the series. Each workshop is approximately 90 minutes long.

At this time, we have only four classes scheduled, but we will be updating our list each month for future classes. Each location will offer at least one series every two months.
